Claire Hider is an Atlanta-area creative passionate about color and design across artistic media.
Since childhood, when a neighbor gifted her a painting class, Claire has seen the world rich with color and texture. High school art classes in classical and abstract media allowed her to hone her eye for a wide range of media. Whether it is fine art, photography, textiles, or creative writing, she is excited to blend dimensions for pieces filled with pattern and meaning.
To further her education in the arts, Claire studied at North Carolina State University's Wilson College of Textiles. She holds a Master of Science in Textiles and a Bachelor of Science in Fashion and Textile Design. Claire was fortunate to study abroad in Shanghai, China, and Florence, Italy, and gain in-depth global inspiration for timeless designs. Her fine art can be found in select Georgia galleries.
Additionally, Claire earned a Master of Arts in Professional Writing Graduate Certificate Program from Kennesaw State University. Her work has been featured in The Headlight Review, and she was a finalist in the Writers’ League of Texas’s Manuscript Contest.
